Custom Order Policies and Ethics
Hello everyone and brightest blessings! Thank you so much for coming by and taking the time to read through these policies and ethics I have set in place due to the overwhelming amount of custom orders I get asked to create on a regular basis. Wildwood Creations offers both intuitive guidance through the use of Tarot and Oracle, as well as physical creations that I have made myself. Due to the varying degrees of both services, I have found it imperative to make a list of regulations that will be set in place whenever a client or customer agrees on a custom creation. Every invoice that I create through Paypal for custom orders will have the link to this page, so please be sure to read through your invoice carefully so that you know exactly what you are agreeing to when it comes to custom orders.
1 - The most popular item I have to offer for custom orders are my altar sets, and those take around 5 days to be completed. If you are interested in having a custom set made for you or a witchy loved one, there is an initial payment that needs to be made to cover the cost of the things needed to create your set, as well as to insure that you are completely invested in your purchase.
2 - Custom creations do have a 10% increase in price as opposed to what is offered in my shop on http://wildwood-creations.net
3 - I do offer up to a month in advance for when any item over the cost of $75 is desired by the buyer. With that, you can select dates on when you would like to make your initial payment for your set, as well as up to a month in advance for when you would like your set to be completed by, and for when you will be making the final half of the payment.
4 - When agreeing on a time frame for when you are able to pay for your goods, please be sure to add in any extra amount of time to be certain you will have enough funds available for your purchase. I have had frequent issues with buyers setting their own time frame, and then not being able to pay within that period that they initially asked for. I understand that things do come up, so please be sure to allow yourself enough time so that you will have money for other things that may arise. Wildwood Creations is a business, and I take the time to create what you ask for and expect that if I have your creation done on time; that you will be able to pay on time.
5 - If you are unable to pay within the time frame you initially committed to, I will no longer be able to offer you “half up front, and half paid when completed services.” From that moment on, anything that you wish for me to create for you will have to be paid in full before I can start on your next desired item.
6 - If you are unable to pay within the time frame specified, each week that the invoice goes unpaid I will be adding a 10% fee until the invoice is paid in full. That will include any extra costs from the fee(s) that have been added on. For example, if you wanted a custom order that costs $10, and were unable to pay it, the following week your invoice would inflate to $11. After that, the week following that one would end up costing you $12.10, and so on until the invoice is paid in full.
7 - Custom orders are nonrefundable. You are agreeing to purchase something made entirely within your vision, and it’s a probability that not a lot of other people are going to want that exact same creation, so please be sure to take the time and be completely invested before agreeing to your purchase.
8 - If, and when you are unable to pay for your services, I have the ability to refuse services to you any longer. When committing to a custom order, you are engaging in an online contract that you will be able to pay within an allotted time that you initially set. I encourage you to be responsible with the time that you initially specify, so that you do not incur any excess fees due to nonpayment, as well as to guarantee you will be able to make custom order requests in the future.
Please be advised, that once you engage in a custom order with me, you are agreeing to the regulations posted above. I love nothing more than being able to make my clients their own metaphysical tools, but I also have to make sure that they take what I do for a living as seriously as I do myself. I am very passionate about what I do, and a lot of my creations take hours to make, so bear in mind that I am setting aside a lot of time to create what you want. Please be considerate with what you agree upon so that we can continue to work together on manifesting your metaphysical tool dreams into a reality.
