Ethics & Policies

Hello everyone! I wanted to start my ethics & policies page off with a bit of information about myself as a reader. I am a self-development and counseling reader, which means I work with my clients one on one to provide them with the best possible solution for their issues. I focus on proactive ways to overcome blockages they may be currently facing in their life, and work to instill them with confidence and options to move forward in a self-loving and confident way. I specialize in relationship dynamics, as well as personal issues.

 

Below are a list of my Policies and Ethics. I ask that you please read them before you purchase a reading to make sure that I am the best possible match for you. I hope that my reading style inspires you to work on yourself in a loving way, and I hope we can explore some ways to fix what may be keeping you sidetracked or stuck at this moment in time. 

 

Policies

 

All clients must provide me with notes when purchasing a reading. 

I am the type of reader that needs to know what is going on in your life, and the more I know the better I am able to assist you. For example, if you were feeling ill and under-the-weather you would go to a doctor and inform him/her about all of the symptoms you are currently suffering from, and the more you tell the doctor about what is bothering you, the better they are able to help you. Just like that doctor, the more you tell me, the better I will be able to assist you.

 

Readings are usually delivered within 3 days of purchase.

In the very unlikely event that I would not be able to provide your reading within a 3 day period, I will fully refund you along with providing you with your completed reading. 

 

I work with both Oracle and Tarot.

When I receive a purchase for a reading, I take some quiet time to go over all of the notes, and process what situations you are currently facing. I then choose a tarot/oracle deck that I think will assist you with the best possible answers.

If you change your mind about a reading before I have read for you, I will fully refund you. It is no problem at all.

 

I cannot give full refunds for readings that have been completed.

Please prepare yourself when purchasing a reading. I am here to help you with your situation and offer you guidance, and it may not always be what you want to hear, so please be prepared to be challenged.

 

Ethics

 

I use Tarot and Oracle cards to guide you objectfully, but what I am offering for guidance is not the all mighty absolute.

I think Tarot and Oracle cards can be extremely beneficial and helpful to anyone that uses them the proper way, but at the same time - the decision you choose to make is ultimately up to you. My role is simply to empower and motivate you, and give you ideas on how you can overcome what may be hindering you at this time.

 

I do not discriminate anyone on any basis.

I will not refuse to do a reading based on race, religious preferences, sexual orientation or gender identity. 

 

All information and readings shared between me and my clients are strictly confidential.

 

I cannot offer readings for anyone under the age of 18.

 

I will not provide readings about health, law, or financial issues (not including career guidance).

I am not a doctor, licensed psychiatrist, lawyer, or financial advisor. If you need information regarding one of these issues, I would usher you to contact the appropriate party, and I wish you the best possible luck with whatever issue you may be facing. 

 

I have the right to refuse services. 

If I believe that I could not help you with the problem you may currently be facing because it is too overwhelming, or it will require the care of a professional I have the right to refuse services.

 

My readings are client-focused.

When you come to me for a reading, I will work with you on ways to better improve your circumstances, but I do not offer readings for others that are not aware, and are not paying for the reading directly. I know it may be tempting to want to know how someone else feels towards a certain subject especially when you are in a personal relationship with them, but I would rather give you the tools to make your life better, and work with you to empower you.
